Accuspec Home Inspections has joined with Brink's® Home Security Systems and American Home Warranty to provide a completely FREE inspection of your home's security system and issue a FREE 90 day limited home warranty. 

How does it work?

1. When scheduling your home inspection make sure you inform us you are interested in obtaining a free 90 day Limited Home Warranty . You must provide a working telephone number where Brink's® can contact you. If you are on a State or National Do Not Call Registry, you must provide written authorization for Brink's® to contact you.

2. Accuspec Home Inspections will arrange for a Brink's® Home Security Systems inspector to arrive during the time your home inspection is being conducted and perform the security system check.

3. The alarm inspection lasts 15 to 20 minutes, depending upon the size of the home. The alarm will not be activated during the inspection.

4. After the evaluation/inspection of the existing alarm, the Brink’s® Inspector informs the buyer (you) exactly what components the alarm has, and where they are located.

5. The Brink’s® Inspector does not make any type of sales pitch to you; they are there only to inspect the alarm.

6. The Brink’s® Inspector will leave a complete report with you and the home inspector.

7. Brink’s® provides you with a brochure, explaining how families can help make their home safer.

8. Brink’s® will call you to answer any questions they might have concerning home security.

 

What if I don't have an alarm system? You still qualify!
